Lately I’ve been in the DIY mood. So I started looking around the internet for things that would be interesting to make and the first thing I stumbled across was the DIY USB coil cable. I like things to be neat and only use what I need so a coiled cable seemed perfect to construct.

• Spiral/Coil telephone cable
• shrink tubing / liquid tape
• wire cutters
• wire strippers
• soldering iron and solder
• lighter
